Medford Cable Advisory Committee is a watchdog group that keeps the community updated with information and the activities of the scoundrels who comprise the board of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. - the embattled and litigious private access station that uses public funds to finance movies made at the request of King Frank Pilleri, a scam artist who another judge found has no reputation to besmirch. THROW THE BUMS OUT
The Honorable Marie O. Jackson-Thompson, retired justice, has issued a vote of NO CONFIDENCE to the board of detractors of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.
The Scam forced upon this community by the highly litigious nut job Francis R. Pilleri, Jr., the smooth talking son of a bitch, is coming to a close.
On Page 6 of a ruling by the Honorable Judge Timothy Gailey regarding Frank Pilleri's signature filed with the Secretary of State's Office "under the pains and penalties of perjury" Gailey writes "As previously found, this assertion of perjury was not proved to have been false."
When you add that to Judge Jackson's recommendation that the "Secretary of State investigate MCC", and there is a signature on file under the pains and penalties of perjury which an active judge states "this assertion of perjury was not proved to have been false", well, do the math and FIRE SCAM ARTIST PILLERI. Because that signature of Francis R. Pilleri, Jr. told the Secretary of the Commonwealth and the Comcast Ratepayers that the board members listed by Pilleri were ACCURATE, and, guess what? Susan Crowley and Paul Gerety told Mark Rumley that they were no longer involved with MCC TV 3. How did Mark Rumley even know to ask the question? Because I went to Brian Mahoney and handed him a copy of the filing and he said he hadn't been on the Board of Directors for years, since he moved out of Medford. There is also the question of why Timothy Pilleri was listed as a boardmember living in Los Angeles and, clearly, having NOTHING of value to the Medford community. And if you think Lance Reenstierna's movies are essential to community life in the city of Medford, then you probably need your head examined. So why is Reenstierna on the board of Detractors of TV 3 Medford?
Probably because who would you rather have, Reenstierna or that jackass Gary Zappelli or his lapdog Steve Marra? None of the above would be preferable, so now it is time for McGlynn to dispose of these disgusting and creepy individuals or forever be stained with their wrongful conduct.
McGLYNN HAS THE EVIDENCE. HE WILL FOREVER BE STAINED WITH THE TV 3 ODOR UNLESS HE REMOVES THESE DISGUSTING AND CREEPY INDIVIDUALS WHO MOCKED HIS OWN CITY SOLICITOR, REMOVE THEM AND DISCIPLINE THEM FOR VIOLATIONS, AS JUDGE JACKSON-THOMPSON HAS RECOMMENDED SO STRONGLY.
WIPE THAT SMILE OFF THE SMUG CAMUSO AND ZAPPELLI WHILE YOU ARE AT IT
